The Coast Guard District Southeastern Mindanao (CGD-SEM) is one with the Davao Gulf Management Council (DGMC) in its pursuits of a framework plan that truly captures the hopes and aspirations of local communities and institutions for “the great life” that is supported and sustained by an ecologically balanced natural resource such as the Davao Gulf.

Indeed, the development of the Davao Gulf Framework Plan 2005-2014 served this interest but goes further by providing a powerful voice that unifies the various interest, thrusts and initiatives in the Davao Gulf.

Together, let us move towards the realization of “the great life” that we all dream all for our generation and those to come.
