My warmest greetings to the Davao Gulf Management Council (DGMC) for having successful completed its framework plan!

I am happy to note that DGMC has been actively at the forefront of promoting sustainable development for the Davao Gulf. Being one of the diverse marine ecosystems in the world, the Davao Gulf truly prides itself of giving life to the coastal communities around it. The framework plan is a welcome move and an answer to the call for concrete actions that ought best respond to what is to be done on issues and concerns on Davao Gulf Management.
