Seaports

The Sasa Wharf can berth large international container ships. Sta. Ana pier serves domestic vessels. Smaller municipal ports service the eastern coastal areas.

Fishport

The Davao City Fishport Complex in Toril is equipped with a refrigeration building, fish container storage, fish market, landing/preparation quay, net/fish gear mending yard, and other facilities.

Airports

The Davao International Airport, Mindanao's busiest, maintains 10 daily B737 and Airbus 300 flights to Manila, daily flights to other major cities, twice-weekly direct flights to Kota Kinabalu and Manado, and chartered flights to Singapore and Hong Kong. Other routes include BIMP-EAGA cities, Australia, and Japan. Mindanao Express flies to key areas in the island. An airstrip in Mati serves light charter planes.

Road Network

Well-paved roads link Davao Gulf to Cotabato City, Malaybalay, Zamboanga City, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Iligan, and General Santos.

Telecommunications
Systems include IDD-NDD, fax, telegram, cellular phone through various service providers such as SMART, Globe, Sun, among others; internet, and satellite broadcasting.

Energy

Electric power is distributed by local cooperatives. Davao Light & Power maintains a 76.7 MW back-up generating facility for Davao City alone.

Water

Water sources are abundant; daily production capacity for Metro Davao alone is over 300,000 cubic meters.

Finance
